Standard operating procedure

From cut bundle to live dashboard in six steps

The same NFC card follows a bundle through every operation, so each tap becomes a record without anyone filling in a form.

Bundle generation

The cutting manager prints bundle tags with order, group and style information, then writes this data to NFC cards.

Card tagging

Each NFC card is tagged through the integrated tagging device so the Syncross system recognises it.

Card attached to bundle

Tagged cards are securely attached to their bundles in the cutting section.

Workflow creation

The floor manager sets up the line workflow on the platform and links it to the tagged cards.

Operator action

The operator taps the card on the device to start work. When the task is done, the bundle moves on.

Live data sync

Output, rework, defects, line efficiency and operator contribution sync to the dashboard automatically.
